  • Stay on schedule. Try to keep to the same wake-up and bedtimes every day.

Caring for Your Mattress

The better you care for your new Sypedic mattress, the longer you will be able to enjoy a healthy, comfortable, quality night’s sleep.

  • Use a good mattress protector to serve as a barrier against any spills, stains, or other mishaps that occur in daily life. (Stains and other damage may void your warranty.) 

  • Rotate your mattress every two weeks for the first three months - then every two months after that to help minimize body impressions and help extend the life of your mattress.

  • Support your Sypedic mattress with a Sypedic box spring to ensure proper center support.

  • Vacuum your mattress to keep it clean of dust and dander, which can build up. (Use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum cleaner.)

  • Do not dry clean. Do not use dry cleaning fluid. DO not get your mattress wet. Do not iron your mattress.
